Here's the recipe:
2 8 ounce blocks cream cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar
1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped (we used roughly 8 slices)
1/2 cup jalapeƱos, chopped (we used the sliced kind from a jar)
Spices/seasonings of your choice. Garlic would be good, I think.
Preheat oven to 350
1) In a microwave safe bowl, soften cream cheese in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes on high.
2) Add all other ingredients to cream cheese and mix thoroughly.
3) Spoon into a greased 12 cup muffin pan.
4) Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
I usually cover them with foil for the last 5-10 minutes to keep them from browning too much on top. Additionally they tend to be a little "soft" when they come out so I like to let them sit a few minutes to firm back up.
